Terms of Service

Effective date: August 31, 2026

These terms govern your use of MyFrames, a web application that turns browser-equipped screens into digital photo frames. By creating an account or using MyFrames you agree to them.

The service

MyFrames lets you group photos from Google Photos (via Google's photo picker) or public iCloud shared albums into named frames and play them as full-screen slideshows. Photos are displayed on your devices; MyFrames does not store your photo files on its servers.

Your content and responsibilities

The photos and albums you connect remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to display the content you link, for the devices you play frames on, and for keeping your Google account secure. Do not use MyFrames to display unlawful content or to access albums you are not authorized to view.

Third-party services

MyFrames depends on Google (sign-in and Google Photos) and, when you use iCloud links, on Apple's public shared-album pages. Their terms and availability apply to those services. Google grants photo access only temporarily (about 7 days per selection), so a device that has never played a frame may ask you to re-pick photos.

Availability and changes

MyFrames is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFrames and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost or unavailable photos or downtime of third-party services.

Termination

You can stop using MyFrames at any time; deleting your frames removes their stored references, and you can revoke Google access from your Google Account settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
